Quantum Computing Service

The quantum computing service is a result of the project "Quantum computers in the near future: challenges, optimal implementations and practical applications" organized by the Foundation for Polish Science under the Team-Net programme, financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020 (PO IR), Axis IV. Project number: POIR.04.04.00-00-17C1/18-00. Project duration: from 01/07/2019 to 30/11/2023

Audits (preparation, inventory of the resources and needs relating to the potential use of quantum computing to improve production quality or decision-making in a given enterprise – conducting an analysis of the company's development prospects, in particular the implementation of quantum computing technology, in order to achieve improvements in the efficiency of projects, production, and management.

Performance of a quantum computing order service – conclusion of a service contract and execution of its scope, i.e.: formulation of algorithm specifications, e.g. optimization, selection of computing technology (e.g. gate-based systems, D-Wave System)

Preparation of offers for the implementation of projects within a consortium or as a subcontractor, assistance in defining the subject matter of the project, analysis of existing solutions, preparation of a synthetic "state of the art" summary in the project's field, and proposing the specifics of industrial research along with original participation in the implementation part of the project.

Consulting on patent preparation, developing methods for detecting patent infringement – using patents filed within the consortium as examples, providing all information regarding the preparation of patent claims and contact with a patent attorney specializing in the field of quantum computing.

Price list: The price of the service depends on the scope of work and is calculated based on the expert/consultant's time commitment. The total cost of an expert's working hour is 300 PLN net.

Definitions:

• Expert opinions – a documented set of activities concerning the technical condition of the subject of the expert opinion, analysis of phenomena, results of the research and calculations performed, conclusions and recommendations.
• Expert is the person who acts as the principal author of the expert opinion.
• Consultations – providing explanations and expressing opinions on the subject of the consultation, in written or verbal form, or in the form of an online session.

• A consultant is a person who provides consultations.
