Occlusal equilibration in a patient with painful TMD after orthodontic treatment-case report

Abstrakt: Painful temporomandibular disorders (TMD) can coexist with occlusal disturbances. Our case reports a patient after orthodontic therapy who was treated with splint therapy first and afterwards with occlusal equilibration, under control of the T-Scan III system. A long term relief was achieved in the reported case.
