EQSEM
The Paris Scientific Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IITIS-PAN), will organize, with the participation of the H2020 SDK4ED Research and Innovation Project coordinated by the Information Technologies Institute of the Center for Research and Technology Hellas (ITI-CERTH), Greece, a Symposium on the Sustainability of ICT and the Interaction between Energy Consumption, Quality of Service, Reliability and Security, Maintainability of Computer Systems and Networks (EQSEM).
The symposium will investigate how metrics related to Energy Consumption, Quality of Service, Reliability and Security, and Maintainability are closely linked together and how trade-offs can be achieved to optimise these different considerations within a given system. Submissions in the form of extended abstracts or full papers are invited and should be sent to the Scientific Secretary of the meeting by email: eqsem@iitis.pl. The paper submission deadline is August 15, 2020. For those accepted authors interested in a full publication of their papers, an Open Access (free of charge) Special Issue of the Proceedings will be published by the journal SN Computer Science.
